New to the team in August of 2023, Ruthie brings her energy and skills from her previous career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment across Healthcare, Finance, and Technology to Trask Land Company’s Project Coordination and Investor Relations. Ruthie leads up pre-development activities and acts as the intermediary between company principles, managers, key stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives while ensuring that all aspects of the project are organized and marketed appropriately. 

Ruthie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication with a minor in Business from Appalachian State University in 2018. She relocated to Wilmington in January of 2023 and is enjoying life on the coast.
