As Market Analyst, Lily is responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating property data, and providing actionable insights to support investment and development decisions. She also serves in Investor Relations through analyzing and distributing entity financial reports and managing communications with investors.
Lily joined Trask Land Company in May 2025 and brings her skillset from her career in high performance surfboard manufacturing. There she worked in international relations, sales analytics, bookkeeping, customer care and was the lead in obtaining the first B Corp certification worldwide within the field. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Adolescent Development. Prior to Wilmington, she has claimed Park City, UT, San Diego, CA and Chapel Hill, NC home and consequently enjoys skiing, surfing and Tar Heel basketball.
