Joining Trask Land Company in April 2025, James plays a pivotal role in the full lifecycle of developments projects. As Development Coordinator, James assists in the design, permitting, budgeting and execution for all company projects.  He is responsible for maintaining construction budgets and schedules while managing and coordinating contractors and consultants.  With a background in construction, James brings valuable knowledge to both the preconstruction and construction phases, helping to streamline operations and optimize project outcomes.
