Team Profile
Colleen serves as Development Manager for Trask Land Company. She plays a pivotal role in the development of the firm’s multi-family and townhome-for-rent portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and asset management, Colleen is skilled in all aspects of project development including feasibility analysis, underwriting, project team selection, design development, entitlements, and oversight of preconstruction and construction management, culminating in the successful delivery of projects.
Prior to joining Trask Land Company, Ms. Rozier was Director of Development for a residential green builder in Colorado where she led the development activities of sustainable communities. She was also Director of Asset Management for a commercial real estate firm where she managed over 1 Million SF of commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Colleen is committed to her family and serving her community. Colleen is a founding member and Past President of Cape Fear CREW, former Board of Trustee for The Historic Wilmington Foundation, Board Member and Finance Committee member for The Hill School of Wilmington and Executive Board Member for Welcome Home Angel. She obtained a BS in Geography from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina.
