Marcela joined Trask Land Company as Executive Assistant in 2019 and has since moved into the role of Finance Manager. Marcela handles all deal analyses, deal structures, financing activities and company financials. She manages the oversight of all project budgets as well as the research and analysis of all operational information as it relates to project proformas. She also is in charge of investor relations.

Marcela grew up in Wilmington, NC and moved to Los Angeles to attend University of Southern California. She graduated from USC in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, where she studied Operatic Vocal Performance. She moved back to Wilmington with her husband in 2016 and received her MBA with an emphasis in Finance through the Cameron School of Business at UNCW in 2022.
