Colleen is responsible for the development of the company’s townhome for-rent portfolio as well as other multi-family projects. Ms. Rozier is skilled in identifying acquisition and development opportunities, managing all aspects of project development from feasibility through design, project team selection, entitlements, oversight of preconstruction and construction management.
Colleen has over 18 years’ experience in both residential and commercial development as well as asset management . She joined Trask Land Company in 2022 to launch the company’s townhome for-rent portfolio. Colleen is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina, a founding member and Past President of Cape Fear CREW, former Board of Trustee for The Historic Wilmington Foundation, Finance Committee member for The Hill School of Wilmington and Executive Board Member for Welcome Home Angel. She obtained a BS in Geography from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
